Ingredients

  • 1 cup resh garlic cloves

  • 1 cup red chilis

  • 1 cup rice vinegar

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

 

Instructions

2. Remove stems from chilis and chop finely.

3. Combine garlic, chilis, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
